I capped them myself from my Robin Hood DVD Box set using VLC. I simply just tweak the colouring and lighting before using the Smart Sharpening tool with the settings:

Sometimes I change the Radius setting to 0.4 if the screencap isn’t sharp enough.

Then I simply save it as a JPEG file.
